For the third consecutive year the Gulf of Poets hosts the Suoni dal Golfo Festival: 21 concerts in the beautiful towns of Lerici, San Terenzo and Tellaro.
After illustrious and unforgettable poets and composers such as George Sand, De Musset, Shelley, Byron, D.H. Lawrence and Wagner, a close friend and conductor, Gianluca Marcianò, gave life to the Festival Suoni dal Golfo in his Lerici.
In 2017, together with the Russian violist Maxim Novikov, Gianluca founded the Orchestra Excellence, a perfection residency for selected young musicians who, sharing the stage with established artists, have an extraordinary opportunity for educational and professional growth.

How to get to Lerici
Unfortunately public transport from Levanto to Lerici is not as efficient nor quick and I recommend you drive your own car, especially since these are evening events.
Specifically, I recommend a panoramic journey along the coastal road that connects the Sanctuaries of the Cinque Terre and a faster return on the motorway, with entry in La Spezia and exit in Carrodano-Levanto.
There is always someone at the reception and you can come and go from the garage when you wish!
