If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and start enjoying Levanto straight away. We also have a bathroom available if you need to change before your room is ready.

Early check-in may be possible, but it cannot always be guaranteed. Please contact us on the day of arrival, and we will do our best to help.

If you arrive by car, you can usually park at the hotel, subject to availability and the parking conditions linked to your booking.

Check-out is by 12:00 noon for hotel rooms.

Late check-out may be available on request and according to availability. Please ask at reception on the morning of departure, and we will do our best to help.

On departure day, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. Depending on availability and conditions, you may also be able to keep your car in the garage for a little longer, with an extra charge.

If you need to leave before 7:00 am, please let us know in advance so we can organise your check-out the evening before.

Our private parking is one of the most useful services at the Oasi, especially if you are visiting the Cinque Terre.

You can arrive by car, park at the hotel and then move around easily by train, boat or on foot. This is usually the most comfortable way to visit Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, where driving and parking can be difficult.

Our parking is located in the basement and is directly connected by lift to the room floors.

Breakfast is one of the moments we care about most.

During the main season, breakfast is usually served from 7:30 am to 11:00 am, with fresh, organic and local products whenever possible, homemade cakes, seasonal fruit, juices, smoothies and a small selection of savoury options. Eggs, bacon, pancakes and French toast can be prepared to order.

From 1 November to the end of March, breakfast depends on the rate selected. This lighter winter organisation allows us to stay open all year round and offer rates that are more suitable for the quieter months.

Our idea of breakfast is simple: good products, a relaxed rhythm and enough time to start the day well before visiting the Cinque Terre, walking along the coast or enjoying Levanto.

The garden is one of the quietest corners of the Oasi.

You can use it to read, rest after a walk, enjoy a drink, wait for your room to be ready or simply take a slower moment during the day. Some rooms have direct access to the garden, which is especially practical if you are travelling with a pet.

Our bar is available for coffee, drinks, aperitifs and our signature cocktails. If you book a room with a balcony, it is also a lovely place to enjoy one of our cocktails before getting ready for dinner in Levanto.

All indoor spaces and rooms are non-smoking, but guests may smoke outside, in the garden or on the balcony if their room has one.

Our rooms are designed to be simple, comfortable and practical.

Air conditioning and heating in Italy are regulated by national and local rules, and hotels must comply with them.

Heating can usually be used only during the authorised winter period and within the temperature limits set by the regulations. Air conditioning can be used only when the required temperature conditions are met.

We know comfort matters, and we always do our best to make your room pleasant. At the same time, these rules are not decided by the hotel and must be respected.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in the garden.

In the rooms, Smart TV gives you access to streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube, RaiPlay, Spotify and others, so you can relax in your own language after a day out.

Access to apps and streaming services may depend on availability, updates and your personal account settings.

We like offering simple things that make a stay in Levanto easier.

Rooms with direct access to the garden are especially practical if you are travelling with a pet. We can provide a bed and bowls, and we ask you to let us know before arrival so we can prepare everything properly.

Families are welcome at the Oasi.

Children under 2 years old can have a cot free of charge upon request, subject to availability and with a maximum of one cot per room. From 2 years old, children are usually counted as adults in triple rooms.

Pesto Experience

Learn how to prepare traditional Genoese pesto with mortar and pestle, then enjoy it during a relaxed aperitif. It is a fun and tasty way to discover one of Liguria’s most famous traditions.

Levanto walking tour and wine tasting

Join a guided walk through Levanto’s alleys, squares and lesser-known corners, followed by a wine tasting in the vineyard. It is a lovely way to understand the place where you are staying, not just pass through it.

Experiences are available on selected days and may vary according to season, weather and availability.

Levanto is one of the most practical places to stay if you want to visit the Cinque Terre.

The train station is about 350 metres from the hotel, so you can reach Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore easily by train. In season, you can also use boats or explore the coast on foot.

Our advice is simple: leave your car at the hotel, choose train, boat or walking routes, and enjoy the villages without adding traffic or parking stress to your day.

We can help you choose the best option according to the season, weather, crowds and your walking level.

Oasi Eco Boutique Hotel is open 365 days a year.

We believe Levanto can be enjoyed in every season: spring for walking, summer for the sea, autumn for softer light and quieter villages, winter for slow travel, smart working, empty trails and peaceful weekends.

To make this possible, from 1 November to the end of March we operate in a lighter and more flexible way:

• Reception is staffed in person in the morning;
• We are always available if you need us;
• Breakfast depends on the rate selected;
• Daily room cleaning is available on request, with an extra charge.

This organisation allows us to stay open year-round and offer rates that are more suitable for the quieter months.

From April to October, when daily room cleaning is normally included, guests can choose to skip one or more daily cleanings during their stay.

For each eligible skipped cleaning, a tree is planted through the Hotels for Trees programme. As of 31 May 2026, thanks to our guests’ collaboration, we have helped plant over 2,500 trees.

From 1 November to the end of March, the hotel operates under a lighter winter model, and daily room cleaning is available on request for an extra charge. For this reason, the Hotels for Trees room-cleaning option applies during the regular housekeeping season, from April to October.

Booking conditions depend on the rate selected.

For our standard rates, we make a pre-authorisation on your card one week before check-in, with no charge taken at that stage. With prepaid cards, the release of the pre-authorised amount may take up to 20 days, while with a standard credit card it is usually immediate. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 5 days before check-in. Payment is due on arrival.

If you need to cancel or modify a standard-rate booking after the free cancellation deadline, we may offer you a voucher instead, according to the conditions of your booking.

For our discounted prepaid rates, payment is processed one hour after booking. If you need to cancel or postpone your trip, we will be happy to provide a voucher that you, your friends or your family may use once, for one single stay, by 31 December of the following year.

Some rates may also include travel or cancellation insurance. Please always check the exact conditions of the rate you select when booking, or contact us before confirming, so we can help you choose the option that best suits your plans.

The local administration applies a tourist tax of €2 per person per night, from age 14, for the first three nights of stay. The tourist tax is paid at check-out.

We accept credit cards, but not ATM-only cards. If you have any doubts about payment methods, please contact us before arrival.
