Many people think of the Cinque Terre as a summer-only destination, but this stretch of coast has a special charm in the colder months. The crowds thin out, the light turns soft and golden, and Levanto goes back to being a real town where people actually live, shop and eat out.
At the Oasi Boutique Hotel we love this quieter, more intimate side of Levanto, especially at the table. In this guide we have gathered the restaurants, pizzerias, takeaways and bars that stay open through the low season, with the opening and closing dates we have checked directly with the owners for winter 2026/27.
How to read this guide
Every venue has a weekly closing day, which we simply write as “closed on Mondays”, and many also close for a holiday period, usually in November or January and February. Dates can shift from one year to the next, and small family-run places sometimes decide at the last minute, so we always recommend a quick phone call before you walk over, especially on Sundays and during the Christmas holidays. If you are staying with us, ask the team and we will gladly check for you.

A short hop to Vernazza
If you are heading to Vernazza, Gianni Franzi is closed on Wednesdays and takes a break of 15 days from mid-January. Most other places in the village stay open through the winter, apart from their weekly closing day, but it is always worth checking before you go.
Who is closed on which day
If your plans are fixed and you simply need a table tonight, this is the quick version of the weekly closing days listed above.
- Sundays: Rino and Raso are closed.
- Mondays: Nuova Pizzeria Bruna, Tre Archi, Gattabriga, Trattoria Cavour, San Giorgio Bistrò, Bar Levanto and Pat Bakery are closed.
- Tuesdays: Antica Trattoria Centro, Pizzeria Il Duca, IGEA, Mezzaluna, Café del Mar and Da Domé are closed. It is the trickiest day, so book early.
- Wednesdays: Osteria Cantarana, Miki, Bar Cristal, Da Tapulin and La Loggia are closed.
- Thursdays: Tumelin, Cantina dei Mille and Taverna Garibaldi are closed.
- Fridays and Saturdays: none of the places above has a weekly closing day, but the seasonal closures still apply.
