Cinque Sensi is open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 20:00.
🌿 Pesto Mortar Class
Learn the art of traditional mortar-ground pesto in small groups while discovering Vernazza’s history, terraced hillsides and Cinque Terre wines.
Scheduled daily at 12:30, the experience offers mortar-ground pesto paired with gnocchi, focaccia, cheeses, extra-virgin olive oil, limoncino, and chocolate, as well as a tasting of three Cinque Terre wines.

Other two classes are scheduled at 15:00 & 17:30, including mortar-ground pesto served with bread and focaccia and tasting of three Cinque Terre wines, cheeses and extra-virgin olive oil.

🍷 Wine Tastings & Ligurian Bites
Sample Cinque Terre and Italian wines, introduced at the table, alongside anchovies and burrata, cured meats and cheeses, focaccia, tartare, and more.
Tastings last around 1 hour (flexible), and bottles tasted can be purchased afterwards.
🍷 Eroico Vino: Vineyard Trek & Tasting
Enjoy an authentic outing with Luca, the Eroico winemaker!
- When: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday (July/August only Saturday mornings)
- Meeting point: 14:30 in front of Cinque Sensi
- Activity: panoramic trek to the vineyard, winemaker’s stories and four wine tastings
