Our Garden Rooms are cosy, comfortable rooms for two guests, located on the ground floor of Oasi Eco Boutique Hotel. Each one opens directly onto our colourful garden, giving you an easy, relaxed connection with the outside throughout the day. They are a lovely choice if you want to wake up slowly, step outside for some fresh air, read a few pages in the garden, come back from the beach without crossing the whole hotel or smoke one last cigarette outdoors before going to sleep. They are also especially practical if you are travelling with a pet. Having direct access to the garden makes small daily routines easier and helps the stay feel more comfortable for everyone.

Choose a Garden Room if you like the idea of staying on the ground floor, close to the garden and away from the town's busier rhythm, while still being within easy walking distance of Levanto station, the beach and the historic centre.
These rooms are simple, intimate and welcoming. They suit couples who want a calm base near the Cinque Terre, solo travellers who enjoy a little outdoor space and guests travelling with pets who need something practical, comfortable and easy to manage.
After a day walking the trails, visiting the villages, swimming in the sea or exploring Levanto, coming back to a room that opens onto the garden feels like a small luxury, quiet, natural and very Oasi.
A good choice if you travel with pets
Pets are welcome at the Oasi, with an extra charge and upon request.
The Garden Rooms are among the most practical options if you are travelling with a dog or another pet, because direct access to the garden makes the stay easier and more comfortable. You can step outside quickly, enjoy a quieter setting and avoid stairs or long corridors.

Comfort, sleep and small details
A good room should help you rest well, especially after a full day in Levanto or the Cinque Terre.
Our mattresses are custom-made by a local craftsman from Massa, and many guests ask us where they can buy them after sleeping at the Oasi. They are designed to offer good support, but if you prefer a softer feeling, you can ask us for a topper.
The room is simple, but carefully equipped: a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a desk, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe and Smart TV, so you can relax in your own way after a day outside.
Garden, smoking and quiet moments
All our rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is not allowed indoors.
In the Garden Rooms, however, you can smoke outside in the garden area. It is a small practical detail that many guests appreciate, especially in the evening, before going to sleep.
The garden is also a pleasant place to slow down: read, have a drink, wait for friends, enjoy a quiet moment after returning from the sea or simply breathe a little before going out again.

Our bathroom amenities include handcrafted solid organic soap bars, made in Italy by Officina Cosmetica Antichi Ricordi, without packaging. In the shower, you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from the Spicy Thyme line in refillable dispensers, together with a matching hand and body cream by the washbasin.
Open all year round
Oasi Eco Boutique Hotel is open 365 days a year, so you can enjoy Levanto and the Cinque Terre in every season.
From 1 November to the end of March, we welcome guests in a lighter and more flexible winter model. Reception is staffed in person in the morning, but we are always available if you need us. Breakfast depends on the rate selected, and daily room cleaning is available on request, with an extra charge.
This allows us to remain open all year round and offer rates that are more suitable for the quieter months.
Visiting the Cinque Terre from your Garden Room
The Garden Rooms are a comfortable base for visiting the Cinque Terre without using your car every day.
Levanto train station is about 350 metres from the hotel, so you can easily reach Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore by train. In season, you can also choose boats or walking routes.
If you arrive by car, you can leave it at the hotel and move around by train, boat or on foot. It is usually the easiest and most relaxed way to enjoy the Cinque Terre.
Rates and cancellations
Booking conditions depend on the rate you select.
Standard rates: We place a pre-authorisation on your card one week before check-in, with no charge taken at that stage. With prepaid cards, the pre-authorised amount may take up to 20 days to release, while with a standard credit card it is usually released immediately. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 4 pm, 5 days before arrival. Later cancellations, no-shows and early departures are charged for the full stay. Payment is due on arrival.
Best Rate with Cancellation Cover: Our best price, with BeSafe travel insurance included. Bookable up to 14 days before arrival for stays of 2 nights or more; the full amount is charged at booking.
The hotel will not refund this rate, but if you must cancel for a documented reason covered by the policy, such as illness, injury, cancelled annual leave, unexpected work commitments, or damage to your home, the insurer will refund 85% to 100% of the amount paid. The full 100% applies in the event of death, injury or illness requiring hospitalisation; all other covered reasons are subject to a 15% excess. The insurer handles claims directly and requires submission within 30 days of the event at refundandgo.com.
The insurance also includes 24-hour travel assistance during your stay, luggage cover, cover for outdoor activities such as hiking (accident, third-party liability and rescue costs, up to age 75), trip interruption if you need to return home early, and a refund of your first night if you arrive late because of a breakdown, an accident or a natural event that prevents you from travelling as planned.
