Our Standard Rooms are cosy double rooms for two guests, located on the first floor of Oasi Eco Boutique Hotel. They do not have direct access to the garden or a private balcony, but they offer a little more indoor space and the same relaxed Oasi atmosphere. They are a good choice if you plan to spend most of your day outside, exploring the Cinque Terre, walking along the coast, going to the beach or enjoying Levanto, and want to come back to a comfortable, practical and well-kept room.

Why choose a Standard Room?
Choose a Standard Room if you are looking for comfort, simplicity and a slightly more economical option, without giving up the care, services and atmosphere of the Oasi.
These rooms are ideal for couples and solo travellers who prefer to invest more of their stay in experiences, restaurants, walks, beaches or day trips, while still having a pleasant room to return to at the end of the day.
Compared with our Garden and Balcony Rooms, the Standard Rooms do not have a private outdoor space, but they are slightly larger inside. They are a practical choice if what matters most to you is a comfortable bed, a quiet room, a good location and easy access to Levanto station, the beach and the Cinque Terre.
Comfort, sleep and small details
A good room should help you rest well, especially after a full day in Levanto or the Cinque Terre.
Our mattresses are custom-made by a local craftsman from Massa, and many guests ask us where they can buy them after sleeping at the Oasi. They are designed to offer good support, but if you prefer a softer feeling, you can ask us for a topper.
The room is simple, but carefully equipped: a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, a desk, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe and Smart TV, so you can relax in your own way after a day outside.
A practical choice for active days
The Standard Room works very well if your idea of a stay is simple: sleep well, have everything you need, and spend your days discovering the area.
From the hotel, you can walk to Levanto station, the beach, the historic centre, restaurants and the seafront. This makes the Standard Room a convenient base for many different kinds of trip: visiting the Cinque Terre by train, walking the coastal trails, spending time at the beach or exploring more of Liguria.
It is a room for guests who like comfort without needing a private balcony or direct garden access.
Smoking and non-smoking rooms
All our rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is not allowed indoors.
The Standard Rooms do not have a private balcony or direct access to the garden. If you would like to smoke, you can do so outdoors in the hotel garden or in the designated outdoor areas.
If having a private outdoor space is important for you, we suggest considering a Balcony Room or a Garden Room.
Breakfast at the Oasi
Breakfast at the Oasi is included or not depending on the rate you choose when booking.
When breakfast is included in your rate, or when you decide to add it to your stay if available, you can enjoy fresh, organic products, homemade cakes, seasonal fruit, juices, smoothies and a small selection of savoury options. Many products are homemade, while others are prepared for us or supplied by local businesses we trust.
Our idea is simple: good ingredients, a relaxed rhythm and enough time to start the day well before visiting the Cinque Terre, walking along the coast or enjoying Levanto.

Our bathroom amenities include handcrafted solid organic soap bars, made in Italy by Officina Cosmetica Antichi Ricordi, without packaging. In the shower, you will find shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from the Spicy Thyme line in refillable dispensers, together with a matching hand and body cream by the washbasin.
Open all year round
Oasi Eco Boutique Hotel is open 365 days a year, so you can enjoy Levanto and the Cinque Terre in every season.
From 1 November to the end of March, we welcome guests in a lighter and more flexible winter model. Reception is staffed in person in the morning, but we are always available if you need us. Daily room cleaning is available on request, with an extra charge.
This allows us to remain open all year round and offer rates that are more suitable for the quieter months.
Visiting the Cinque Terre from your Standard Room
The Standard Rooms are a comfortable base for visiting the Cinque Terre without using your car every day.
Levanto train station is about 350 metres from the hotel, so you can easily reach Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore by train. In season, you can also choose boats or walking routes.
If you arrive by car, you can leave it at the hotel and move around by train, boat or on foot. It is usually the easiest and most relaxed way to enjoy the Cinque Terre.
Rates and cancellations
Booking conditions depend on the rate you select.
Standard rates: We place a pre-authorisation on your card one week before check-in, with no charge taken at that stage. With prepaid cards, the pre-authorised amount may take up to 20 days to release, while with a standard credit card it is usually released immediately. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 4 pm, 5 days before arrival. Later cancellations, no-shows and early departures are charged for the full stay. Payment is due on arrival.
Best Rate with Cancellation Cover: Our best price, with BeSafe travel insurance included. Bookable up to 14 days before arrival for stays of 2 nights or more; the full amount is charged at booking.
The hotel will not refund this rate, but if you must cancel for a documented reason covered by the policy, such as illness, injury, cancelled annual leave, unexpected work commitments, or damage to your home, the insurer will refund 85% to 100% of the amount paid. The full 100% applies in the event of death, injury or illness requiring hospitalisation; all other covered reasons are subject to a 15% excess. The insurer handles claims directly and requires submission within 30 days of the event at refundandgo.com.
The insurance also includes 24-hour travel assistance during your stay, luggage cover, cover for outdoor activities such as hiking (accident, third-party liability and rescue costs, up to age 75), trip interruption if you need to return home early, and a refund of your first night if you arrive late because of a breakdown, an accident or a natural event that prevents you from travelling as planned.
