Front Desk

Our Front Desk is staffed from 8 AM to 3 AM.

During the winter season (from Nov. 1st to March 13th), we are available from 8 AM to 1 PM - to offer you the best discounted rates.

No matter the season, you can reach us any time by texting us on WhatsApp or calling us at +39 349 885 7259.

Smartphone

In your room or flat you will find Manet, a free smartphone with unlimited local and international calls, free internet access, latest travel finds and speed dial to hotel services. 

Daily cleaning

Cleaning will occur between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm, but if you'd like to sleep in or have fun in your room until late, hand the "Plant a tree" sign on the door, and we won't disturb you! 

From November 1st to March 13th, we always offer you the best-discounted rate possible in the low season; daily cleaning is not provided.

Bar & Happy Hour

The bar is open from 8 AM to 3 AM (from 8 AM to 1 PM in winter from Nov. 1st until March 13th), and tea, black coffee, and fresh fruit are available all day. Happy Hour is served from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

WiFi connection

We do prefer a good book, cool music, or even the sound of silence, but we totally understand your (our) need to freely communicate on the web, check emails, post stuff on social media, or simply share your mood and whereabouts with anybody you feel like. 
enjoyrelax is the password, and Oasi Hotel is the net.

Dinner

Levanto and the surrounding villages offer a wide choice of dinner options in terms of taste and budget, but it is definitely better to book in advance in summer and on weekends.
Here, you will find a small selection of restaurants, but there are many others. If you let us know what you want to eat and spend, we will be happy to book it for you before your arrival.

Breakfast

Our international organic breakfast is served from 7.30 to 11.00 and tea, black coffee and fresh fruit are offered all day long. 

Fresh air for non-smokers

All rooms, flats and common indoor areas are non-smoking (that includes those fancy new e-cigarettes!), but you can relax with your cigarette and maybe a glass of wine in the garden or your balcony room on the first floor if you booked one.

During breakfast, if you are sitting outdoors and wish to smoke, please check with neighbouring guests first. 

In case of transgression the fine will amount to 150€. the same applies to any staff member...

Ironing

An iron and ironing board are available in the spare restroom on the ground floor, but if you decide not to use them and go for a cool casual vacation look, we totally understand! 

Clothing in the hotel 

Come as you are and stay as you wish, but we need to ask for a favour: please do not walk barefoot or shirtless in internal common areas and breakfast veranda. 

Arrival and departure

You can get the room from 3.00 PM, but you can check in—and, if possible, park anytime! If the room isn't ready yet, we have a bathroom available for you to change, and we can store your luggage and let you find it in your room later.

The same option applies on check-out day: stay in the room till noon, leave your luggage at the hotel or the car in the basement until late evening and use our spare bathroom to shower and change before leaving!

Payments

You can pay online anytime by asking us for this option or at the Front Desk whenever it's open with a debit card with a PIN code, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or even cash.
The maximum limit for cash payments in Italy is €4,999.

Souvenirs

At the front desk, you can purchase our postcards, the organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner bars you tried during your stay, our stainless steel thermal bottle, and even our 100% organic cotton tote and drawstring bags.

Enjoy the silence

To ensure that everyone thoroughly enjoys their relaxing stay, please speak in a low voice in the common areas, stairs, and corridors, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.

Shower alarm

The string in the shower is an alarm. We know it sounds weird, but in Italy, installing one in each hotel bathroom is mandatory. If you ring it, we'll receive an alert at the front desk and phone you or knock on your door to check that everything is fine.

Bathroom amenities

You will find organic toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in your bathroom. At reception, we also have hair caps and a blackout sleeping mask.

Parking places

Our private car park is in the basement, directly connected by elevator to the rooms, and costs 8€ per day for direct booking guests and 20€ per day for others.
You can park anytime upon your arrival and leave the car till the evening of your departure.

Only cars up to 1.950m high are allowed, but we can provide passes for minivans to park outdoors.

EV-Chargers

We have four charging stations in the garage. The service cost is €3 plus €1 per kWh consumed.
Let us know if you need it, and we will book the correct parking space for you before your arrival.

Linen in the room

Generally, we change pillowcases daily, and sheets every other day, except for special needs.
Towels left on the floor or in the shower are also changed daily.

However, we do not provide for the change of beach towels, which are at your disposal for the entire stay.

If you have booked the discounted rate without daily cleaning, we do not enter the room during your stay; therefore, no linen changes are foreseen.

Same thing if you decide to plant one or more trees during your stay :-)

Bikes

Our city bikes are available in the parking lot in the basement. Ask for the key at the front desk, ride and enjoy ;-)

Pets

We love pets, and we all have at least one at home <3 
So, they are allowed on request in any room or flat, at 10€ extra per day (beds and bowls provided), but we kindly ask you not to bring them into the buffet area during breakfast out of respect for other guests. 

Sadly, pets are not allowed on public or private beaches in the area. There is only one narrow, non-equipped stretch of dog beech between the tunnels of the ancient railway road; today a beautiful walking and biking path connecting Levanto to Bonassola and Framura.

Games and books

At the front desk, you will find a variety of board games, playing cards, and books to read during your stay. Books are also available for book crossing.

Laundry service

We do not have an internal laundry, but the automatic one is about fifty meters from the hotel. It is open daily between 8 am and 11 pm and is equipped with a detergent dispenser. Allow about half an hour for washing and an hour for drying.

Ventilation in the bathroom

The ventilation is always on; the engine is on the hotel's roof to reduce noise.
